External Tools
Web Re-Pricing
This one-stop tool allows payors or providers to submit claims that have been directed to their locations prior to being handled by Sagamore Health Network. This not only efficiently expedites the process, but has been more cost effective than mailing them to be repriced. Requires unique ID and password.
Customized Provider Directory
This tool is used to search for currently active Sagamore Network providers.
Web Provider Extract
This tool Retrieves provider data and writes that data to a set of fixed-field text files, according to specific business rules. The extract files are then zipped and FTP'd to a specified location. Authorized payors can access and download the files from the Sagamore website. New files are created every two weeks. Old data files are archived, yet still available on the website. Requires unique ID and password.
Route Code Lookup
The Provider Route Code Lookup is designed to assist you in tying a group number to a route code. The route code is essential for proper routing and re-pricing of claims within the Sagamore Health Network.
Provider Verification
This simple tool allows Payors to enter a provider’s tax identification number, name and/or facility name to verify the Providers network effective date. Requires unique ID and password.
Provider Manual & Forms
Provides a downloadable manual containing the Administrative Guidelines, as well as rules and procedures, pertaining to our products. This link will also contain information regarding on how to join the Sagamore Health Network; the provider types credentialed; and other information, such as provider data sheets, new ancillary questionnaire and the provider action request form.
Machine Readable Files
Link for accessing the Machine Readable Files (MRFs) needed to comply with the Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. The rule mandates that plans are required to publicly display certain health care price information via machine-readable files on a public website beginning July 1, 2022.
